In 1936 Lee Falk revolutionized the comics industry and he didn’t even know it yet. Before Superman, Batman, and Spider-Man there was The Phantom. The story isn’t so much about Kit Walker, the 21st in a lineage of heroes, but the many firsts that would shape the representation of superheroes to this day.
