It is that time of the month, when you pay your rent and your phone bill, but it is also the time to look back at some of the best covers from that past month. My favorite was The Cape #4 (of 4) Cover by Zach Howard & Nelson Daniel.

Fables #114 Cover by Joao Ruas

The most harrowing epic since the series’ inception starts when Snow and Bigby’s cub Therese receives a Christmas gift from an unknown admirer. This red plastic boat may hold the key to a deep, disturbing secret that will incite a series of soul-crushing events for the denizens of Fabletown.

This 8-issue storyline will boast a backup feature that follows Bufkin’s (mis)adventures in Oz painted by fan-favorite Shawn McManus which will be a great entry point for new readers.

Green Lantern #6 Cover by Doug Mahnke

With the tumultuous battle for Korugar past them, Sinestro and Hal are left at a crossroads. They must pick up the pieces of their lives.
The question is, will they do it alone…or together?

HELLRAISER #11 Cover by  Janusz Ordon & Stephen Thompson

Witness Clive Barker’s long-awaited return to tell new chapters in the series’ official continuity—a trajectory that will forever change the Cenobites…and Pinhead!
In this issue…the sense-shattering new reality of Hellraiser is here! It’s a fresh start for Kirsty Cotton and Pinhead. There are no rules! No one is safe!

Clive Barker’s changing the way you look at HELLRAISER so don’t miss this new chapter in horror history!

Justice League Dark #6 Cover by Mike Janin

Enchantress has been subdued, but this team of misfits hardly knows how to celebrate when each is still wrestling with their own demons. While Zatanna and Constantine try to decide on their next steps, Deadman deals with his loss, and Shade the Changing Man tries to bring Mindwarp back from the edge of sanity – but at what cost?

Severed # 7 Cover by Attila Futaki
