Sneak Peak: The Avengers Toys

Do you like action figures? We do here at ComicImpact you know  what we also like? The Avengers you know the upcoming film from Marvel Studios writer/director Joss Whedon’s The Avengers, starring Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Tom Hiddleston, Stellan Skarsgard and Samuel L. Jackson.

Continuing the epic big-screen adventures started in Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, Thor and Captain America: The First Avenger, the May 4 release is the superhero team up of a lifetime. When an unexpected enemy emerges that threatens global safety and security, Nick Fury, Director of the international peacekeeping agency known as SHIELD, finds himself in need of a team to pull the world back from the brink of disaster. Spanning the globe, a daring recruitment effort begins.

Guess what? We got some photos of the upcoming Avengers toys that are due to hit stores very soon.

Avengers 3 3/4″ Figures

As we’ve seen with the other Marvel movie lines, Hasbro will be offering both a Comic Book inspired series and a movie inspired series. Judging by the Ultimate Thor and Hawkeye figures, this will be another great opportunity to supplement you Marvel Universe collection. A close look at the packaging for the Captain America figure reveals a potential masked variation of the Sentinel of Liberty. Naturally, there will also be a series of deluxe figures with aded accessories





Avengers 3 3/4″ Vehicles

What would a kid’s movie line be without vehicles? The Avengers series will feature a QuinJet and  Hellicarrier,

Larger Scale Avengers Figures

If 3 3/4″ isn’t your thing, you can count on finding 8″, 10″, and 12″ Avengers on the shelf as well. Leaving nothing for granted, this line will, at least initially, feature figures based only on Captain America, Thor, and Iron Man.



Avengers Roll Play Awesomeness

Whether you are a kid with a big imagination and thirst for make believe adventure or a drunk college student, Hasbro has your back with all the roll play fun you would expect. Sadly, no Hulk Hands as of yet.
