Halloween Costume Contest: 2009

It’s that time of year again, when ghosts and goblins come out and mingle with us mortals. When we gorge on candy and other goodies. The time of year that gets us excited for the latest contest here at ComicImpact. Thats right, ladies and gentlemen, it’s the official Comic Impact Halloween Costume Contest. The rules are simple.

halloweencontest1. Wear your favorite comic book theme costume on Halloween.
2. Print out a “Comic Impact Halloween” logo
3. Take a picture of you in your costume holding the logo.
4. Send us the picture of you and the logo.

See, just that simple. Now, wouldn’t you like to know what the grand prize winner gets? You get Blackest Night #0 signed by the man himself, Geoff Johns,  Vengeance of the Moonknight #1 signed by Greg Hurwitz, Fearless Dawn #1 signed by Steve Mannion and Stephen King The Dark Tower #1 signed by Peter David.

If you happen to be in the Los Angeles area and are looking for a fun way to spend Halloween, come on by the Galaxy of Comics in is located in the San Fernando Valley, at the southwest corner of Louise Ave. and Saticoy St. in Van Nuys, California.17306 Saticoy St. Van Nuys, CA 91406 after 7pm.  There will be a party along with a special sale for anyone in costume.

Official Rules
1. Costumes must be comic book related
2. No photoshop other than basic color adjustment
3. No Convention or professional photographs.
4. All photos must be no larger than 600 pixels in width
5. JPG format only
6. One entry per person
7.  You must give your name with the entry
8. All photos must be received by November 5.
9. No Group photos
