Published on February 20th, 2009

Where going to try something new here at Comic impact we have been posting a lot of reviews of action figures but for now on we are going to post them on Friday we are going to it call it Figure Friday.

For the first one we are going to take a look at G’Nort. You may have seeing him in Batman and The Brave and Bold. He was part of the Justice League International back in the 1980’s. He is also part of the Green Lanterns Corps.

From the pages of the much-loved ’80’s series of hilarious and action-packed stories that re-defined the term “Super-Hero Team” comes DC Direct’s Justice League International action figures!

Package Description

Once primarily focused on protecting their own countries the world greatest super-heroes unite to save all of mankind ! Based on the much loves ’80s series by Keith Giffen, J.M. DeMatteis and Kevin Maguire, which re-defined the term super-hero team !

G’ NORT The Green Lantern Corspsman was never taken very seriously as a member of the League, but his heart was always in the right place.

The articulation points are not that great .The head only goes left to right and it does not look up or down. Yet his mouth opens (Never saw that before) the range of motion in the arms is great since they can go all the way back and his elbows bend a full 90 degrees. The torso can only go left to right. I had no problem with balance with this figure .He also comes with a stand with the Justice League International logo.

You are looking at it kid that’s about it no great dynamic poses for G’Nort

Final Judgment: 3/10
If you love the Green Lanterns Corps then this is the figure you may want to have like my self. It does have a great green paint job on it. Yet it does not come with a Lantern so that is a big let down
