Highland Laddie is the newest spin off series from Garth Ennis’ The Boys. This series follows Hughie after he decides to take a sabbatical and go back to his home town of Auchterladle, Scotland. As always Garth Ennis does a fantastic job of entertaining me and confusing the Hell out of me at the same.
The book starts with Hughie getting off a bus, he then walks through the town, giving the readers a chance to see what kind of town he grew up in. He then walks to a house where his mother is doing laundry and singing Hughie...

We all know that Nazi’s and the Swastika are the symbols of pure evil. So that makes for a great super villain named ‘Stormfront’ from The Boys right?
Well it looks like some people in Germany don’t like the idea at all. After World War II, Germany banned the use of the Swastika for any reason whatsoever. So does this mean we’re to believe that in films or history books in schools there isn’t a Swastika to be found anywhere in Germany? It is not like this comic book is Nazi propaganda.
While I can...

One of my favorite films of all time is the 1987 ultra-violent action flick, RoboCop. Sure, I’m aware that Frank Miller worked on the screen plays for RoboCop II and RoboCop III, but I don’t give a shit since I am not a fan of Miller.
It has come to my attention that a RoboCop movie remake is in development, and I’m not a big fan of the idea.
I have always loved the concept of a cyborg guy doing his part of putting an end to the violent, out of control crime in a city that lay in financial ruin. And yes, I can...

What you gonna to do when they come for you? Ask Bad Boy because it’s Trade Tuesday and I’m bringing you a super creator team up! The comic legend Frank Miller teams up with Brit super artist Simon Bisley to bring what I’d like to say was a forgotten gem of story lost in the mists of time. I’d like to say that but I can’t, so I’ll give you Bad Boy, an interesting blip of story lost in the mists of time. Originally published as a serial in the British GQ magazine it must have seemed like a great idea at the time. Bring...

Ok this is my last blog before I go watch Watchmen. I just wanted to talk a bit about some covers of Dynamite Entertainment’s The Boys written by Garth Ennis. First off this one of my favorite books and I just need to catch up. That is why I have not talk about it before.
If you have not read this book and I don’t know why. This comic is NOT FOR KIDS. So don’t have reading time with Junior with this book. Because it is for people over 18. I am not a big fan of Variant Covers. I think is kind of bullshit it makes...
