C2E2: Brings Icon News!

This weekend brought lots of fun news from Marvel,DC,Image and Boom Studios out of C2E2 or as I like to call it “The Con that I wasn’t able to attend.”. But I am not bitter about it no, no I will continue on like Greg House limping along and taking my Vicodin that is the Internet to get me through my days so that I can bring you ungrateful readers all the news. The things I do for you people.Honestly.

Jim Lee & his iPad

I love Jim Lee so much, I have a Jim Lee’s ‘Hush’ Batman tattoo on my shoulder, and I love Apple. I don’t even like looking at a PC, as I feel sick when I do.
So when I first heard about this story imagine how happy I was. Mr co-publisher of DC Comics himself, Jim Lee, posted these tweets.
Ha–I bought sketchbook pro for the iPad–went to information and found some of my art for the Naples Comic Con shown Franceso Salvati’s.
Using fingers now–stylus on the way.

Well the week has finally arrived! The iPad has been placed down before the public like a nice warm breakfast after a long night of drinking. Marvel is even boasting with great pride that the Marvel App in the iTunes App store has shot up to the number 5 highest download since the launch of the iPad. Here are a few things that Comic Industry people are saying about the product via Twitter.

Ok I am in a bit in aw here, our digital comic fan boy (more like a fetish really) and all around fan of Ed Brubaker, Sheldon did not post this. Marvel will be providing their comics for sale through four applications; ComiXology, iVerse, ScrollMotion and Panelfly.
You can download any one of these applications on either your iPhone or your iTouch and access a rather vast collection of Marvel comics NOT current issues. Even though there is a lot you can download, here are some of the stuff I would have liked to see. The...
