Courtesy of Marvel.Com – In an effort to to reach visually-impaired comic fans Marvel has released an audio version of Mark Waid, Paolo Rivera, and Marcos Martin’s Daredevil #1. Writer Mark Waid narrates the panel  descriptions while Marvel editors Tom Brennan, Ellie Pyle, Jordan D. White, and Kirsten McDuffie provide the voices of Daredevil’s cast of characters.

This was the brain child of Editor Steve Wacker, and I find it very cool. I appreciate the inventiveness of this move by Marvel to bring more comics to new and old fans alike.  Listening to the mp3 was a very entertaining experience, I hope that Marvel continues to pursue audio versions of their other books.
