DC Direct Batman Family Multi-part Statue part 1
It’s the ultimate collectible for Batman fans! Batman and his allies team up in four separate pieces (sold in three parts) to form a single statue.
Solicited this month is Part 1 of this multi-part statue, featuring Robin and Catwoman reclining on a gargoyle. Part 2 (to be solicited next month) will feature Huntress and Nightwing, and Part 3 (to be solicited in December) will feature Batwoman and Commissioner Gordon.

The bases of each piece slide together to form a shot of the Batman family on a rooftop overlooking Gotham City. Each of the three parts includes a piece of the fourth portion of the scene, which can be easily assembled to form Batman, who looms in the back of the scene. All three parts of the statue are needed to make Batman.
Part 1 of the statue measures approximately 10” high x 6” wide x 6.5” deep, while the entire multi-part statue measures approximately 11” high x 17” wide x 11.5” deep when fully assembled.
The Batman Family Multi-Part Statue is limited-edition, hand-painted, cold-cast in porcelain, includes a 4-color Certificate of Authenticity and is packaged in
a 4-color box. Manufactured to order.
Advanced-solicited; on sale October 14, 2009 * Statue * $150 US
I know right now my bankcard is telling me there is NO WAY in hell that I can buy this, but hey, a fanboy can dream, right? I have the Iron Man from the New Avengers that they did a few years back, and I’ll admit I’m mad at myself for never getting the other parts.

Interesting that this includes Huntress, but not Oracle, and Batwoman, but not Batgirl. I wonder if this is the new post-Batman RIP face of the Bat-family, and whether it means, in Huntress’s case, that she’ll be getting more exposure in the DCU now that Birds of Prey is over.
