Watchmen - Video Journal Costumes
There is a new Watchmen ” video journal “ being shown exclusively on Apple.com. This time we get to find a bit more about the Minutemen. In addition to tons of new “old” footage featuring the the likes of Hooded Justice, Captain Metropolis, the original versions of Nite Owl and Silk Spectre.
There’s some fascinating insight from “Watchmen” co-creator Dave Gibbons, who explains that one of the characters featured in the clip was based on a drawing he did when he was only 14-years-old, and head costume designer Michael Wilkinson talks about the fun of designing cheesy superhero costumes in a 21st century world.
I hope that we get to see this old and new costume sometime soon.
