Smallville - We Are LEGION!!!!!
Ok, how cool was Smallville last night ?
This action-packed episode featured the Legion of Super-Heroes and was written by the one and only Geoff Johns (The Flash, Teen Titans and the upcoming Superman: Secret Origin).
As The Legion celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2008, it reminded me of its official announcement at the San Diego Comic Con of that year and how I made a mental note to not miss it. And how COOL was it to see Doomsday and Brainiac in the same episode?
I felt like a true fanboy watching it. I had only seen the first two seasons a few years back, but now I’m going to start watching and catch up the best way I know how - the internet.
READERS - did you watch? What did you think?

Very good episode, except the legion comes off kind of bad with their anythign to win mentality. All those Supermna stories, and not once did they pick up on protect life at all costs?
I did love the Legion Of Substitute Heroes reference, and Garth bringing up his sister. Usually most people are lying about nonexistant relatives, but she does exist.
Too little Persuader for my tastes. Figured Clark would battle him a bit at least.
Nice Chloe got her memory back. Clark’s intentions were good, but she’d never trade the burden for anything in the world. Plus it’s her decision, not his.
And a set up to introduce Brainiac 5 in a ptoential Season 9. Though why the jump to 5? Did I miss this being Brianiac’s 4th version already?
They should have saved Kara’s departure for this ep. She could have gone into the future, and it would have reunited former costars Alexz Johnson and Laura Vandervoort (Instant Star).

I like that last idea (from Kevin’s comment) a lot actually. It could even result in a spin off or special of some kind.
