I’m not gonna beat around the bush with this one. I’m basically known as the comic book based video games expert. So, when I get excited about one of these such games, you should probably pay attention. PAY ATTENTION.

Alright, so I wasn’t super-crazy-pumped about Batman: Arkham Asylum, until I saw the above trailer on Destructoid this morning. Let it be known that if you are going to make a trailer about a game, do it like you would a movie trailer and set up the STORY. Don’t just show clips of explosions and punches, give me a premise of what’s going on. See, because of this trailer, I now know that it involves the Joker tricking Batman into bringing him into Arkham so that he could release the inmates and cause general anarchy. I like that. That’s a great starting point.
